I wanna make a custom enchantment that will be applied to a Sword when that Sword is combined with a Gem (something in my mod) in a Smithing Table. However, I don't want that enchantment to be found as loot, in villager trades or in the enchanting table. How do I do that?
In theory, custom enchantments do not appear on the enchantment table or on the villagers.
But I have not tested it, but it should be like that.
So what would be the problem?
do you want to give a function to the enchantment?
do you want to know how to make it automatically enchant when linking the sword with a gem?
you could make the enchant really rare for the enchantment table problem, and i think there is a selection to make enchanted books not spawn in chests
