How to change the texture of skybox and moon in my custom dimension

I have a problem. I create a mod about space and rockets. 
When creating the moon dimension, I ran into a problem: the sky is dark blue, 
clouds are floating on it, and the moon is visible on the moon. 
How can I remove the clouds, change the texture of the skybox and the moon and resize it. (Sorry for my English)

I think this isn't possible without additional coding, i have the same problem and i need a custom skybox for my dimension. Maybe it would be added in the near future, idk

how did you even get the clouds and the moon in the first place? the mod I'm working on needs clouds and a sun.
