I wanna make an entity that summons other entities much like the Evoker. However IDK how to do this. How to code a summoning procedure? And how to make a proper animation of attack?

I also want to make an entity summon other entitys, like an evoker. I want to make a necromancer mod that summons zombies, but I have no idea how to do that. I looked through all the videos but did not find one similar to what I want to make, is there one there that I missed?
you all dont understand I mean how to make an animation for summoning attack
