1. Terraria
This plugin allows you to create mods for Terraria.
2. BOTW
This plugin is a complete fantasy, since Nintendo really doesn't like this type of stuff, but this plugin allows you to mod BOTW. Also, for people with low-end computers, the game would be run on something that doesn't lag. I don't know what yet, but NVidia GForce Now uses the cloud I think, so maybe use that. Anyway this is a fantasy I don't think you wanna hear my horrible ideas anymore!
3. Shields
This plugin allows you to create custom shields. I really want this. Seriously. I really do.
4. Among Us
Another dumb game modding suggestion. Anyway, this plugin allows you to mod Among Us.
Those were my four, horrible suggestions for plugins. (apart from 3. i liked it)
This entire thing was just me talking about my dreams for MCreator, but I know it'll never happen because the M stands for Minecraft. Also those are a lotta permissions you gotta get. My favorite real one was the shields since it was REALLY needed, and my favorite one that will probably never happen was the BOTW one because...I just really need it! Relics of the Past completely left me down, Second Wind was great and all but...just not the best. But if I could make my own Zelda mod, what a treat that'd be. And if that happens, I also want a Zelda 1 modmaker too. But I know it'll never happen! Goodbye. You are definetely done hearing my dumb suggestions. If you wanna be awesome and make that stuff, go ahead. I'd download them immediately.

Seriously, adding generator types for other games than Minecraft still require a lot of changes in the MCreator's code. New mod elements can't be added and the current ones have been designed for Minecraft specifically. Concerning BOTW, it can only be possible on WiiU and it's a bit tricky from what I heard. You have to play with hidden things.
Custom shields would need to be a base for a mod element. It's not related to plugins.

Take it easy, dude. Noone is saying that you suck or that you're dumb. Explaining reasons behind each feature being not easy to develop isn't hating on you.
Also, Goldorion had to read your post, because he answered for all features you mentioned ;) I thought about that "no" more as a joke related to your second message (and answering in so detailed way confirms this as a joke)

I would also love to have Terraria MCreator, as well as shields base - but well, I guess it would be better to create separate editor and team for Terraria, since our dear MCreator crew has already a lot of work with one game.
And shields can be suggested as a feature. These latest updates are really on point and a lot of things community asked for were added - so shields can be implemented. Who knows, maybe sooner than we think.

The M in MCreator pretty much stands for Minecraft.
If there would be an application to make mods easily for OTHER games, that wouldn't be MCreator.
But maybe there could be a plugin where you can make mods for every game starting with M...
