You need to download plug-in (Minecraft Forge 1.12.2 mods generator | MCreator). Launch MCreator, and when you have "workspace menu", open preferences. On bottom side of preferences, you will see "manage plug-ins". You can choose option there "load plugin" and select file you just downloaded.
Then, just click "save" and restart MCreator :)
