player skin modifier

it will be cool if can be added a tab for modifiyng player skin where you can make if a potion is throwed on you then the player skin that has been throwed to modify the entire skin or to add something like a hat or a shirt or wolf ears .This can be revolutionary in terms of mods that needs skin modifiyng or mods that needs to put an accesory on the game but don't want to make an armor.
