When you can choose a underground block for a dimension, there should be a "+" button beneath it so when you click it, you can make a new underground layer (such as deepslate and stone in vanilla minecraft)
It should also be possible to choose the new bedrock layer

This is an understandable idea, but there should also be a setting to determine the height at which the new layer spawns at.
