Help with nether biome

I am trying to make a nether biome.

And i am selecting the "generate biome in nether" box but whenever i try to test it the biome is not generating. I have even tried turning the biome weight high to see if i just couldn't find one but that still didn't work. I also tried to "/locate biome" but it said that it was not in reasonable distance. I would really love some help. I have not seen any tutorials or forums about the subject post 2022.3
