My mod won't let me open it since i opened the same mod on a snapshot.

It's telling me I have to update the verison since i opened it in a newer version. Is there any way to open my mod without doing so?

If you did not make a backup, you now need to use the snapshot.

Why would you not want to use the snapshot and want to go back, though?
