I see. Would it be possible to provide contents of the mcreator.log when this happens? You can find logs in <user home>/.mcreator/logs
Note: deleted log. please post it in accordance with General Publishing Guidelines to paste service
On the log itself:
Are you sure this log is from the time it crashed or from some other launch as log contains no info about you opening the workspace, but we can see that in the video

In this case, I may be afraid I don't know why this happens as errors don't indicate anything, not even the click on the workspace from the video.
Please double check as there are more log files that this one is the right one

The latest log may not be the log from the time when you clicked on the workspace name in the video

Seems one of your background images is broken. Go to .mcreator/backgrounds and delete files in this folder
