How can i prevent overlay from scaling with the Gui scale setting

How can i prevent overlay from scaling with the Gui scale setting

I want my overlay to look the same no matter what the Gui scale is set to. If the setting is too low, my overlay is tiny in the middle of the screen. How do i fix this, is there a setting i can change somewhere?
