As the title says, when the Xp is picked up, instead of the broken version being replaced by the working version of the item, the broken one is deleted but the new one doesn't get added at all to my inventory. https://imgur.com/a/J2ZDE7R

At least tell the details of what you are trying to do, please. Why do you have to replace the broken item instead of repairing it?
