i searched a lot and find some data about location of that file where has to be downloaded. "C:\Users\YOUR-PC\.gradle\caches\minecraft\net\minecraft\minecraft\1.7.10\minecraft-1.7.10.jar" but cant find that jar file in internet to replace it .
do you need the 1.7.10 jar? if so then it should be downloadable from the minecraft wiki
