I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but for whatever reason the sound plays three times?!

Try waiting one tick before playing the sound, I fixed a similiar bug in one of my mod doing so
Okay i'll give it a try!
OMG I FIGURED IT OUT! I took your advice and did some extra changes and for whatever reason you can't add locale vars into wait ticks on server-side so I used global map instead.

Okay so I have another problem! fixed the when right click on block it makes the sound once but if I power it with redstone it plays the sound twice. So far I notice it only plays twice when powered by a lever/button or if a piece/pieces of redstone is connected to the block and is being powered by a redstone block?
