So I know some people on here know how to code, and I know this application is made for people who can't code, but it doesn't always work the way I want it too. If anyone knows a place where I can learn to code minecraft mods for free, I would like to know. Thanks!

i believe the only best way to (Correct me if im wrong) is Java since minecraft uses java and alot of people make mods for minecraft using Java

you can try youtube, books, and other things like that

First try programming in some easier programming language. For example I was learning coding with GML. From it is easy to learn Java.

@#4 I would do that but what I am trying to do is make it so when you get attacked by a vampire mob, you get infected, which could be a variable or something, and if the player dies while they are infected then they become a vampire. I'm not really good at modding so even if I could do that I would have no idea to do the rest so I think I'm just not gonna do it.

Can any one make a block called Enchanted soil.. Where a player can create a recipe for the block also an GUI for it.so when it's made and placed in the world the player can choose to enchant any seed to do many things to the players status when the crop is fully grown and eaten.I have mcreator but I'm guessing this type of block needs coding.. So many idea's but knowledge on coding,just yet! Enchanted soil could be a revamp on the food recipes and player effects..
