how do i make neutral mobs?

so i made a mob that is usually chill, but if u attack it, it will attack you and stuff, simple. but one of said mob spawned near my house and when i tried to sleep, it said it couldnt and that there are monsters nearby. i assume yo stop this i set it to creature, but the mob type thing said making it a creature that has attack ai will crash the game. please help me

All you have to do is not add a code block that reads "Attack nearby entities of type" and the mob will be neutral.

Try making it a procedure…

Try making it a procedure rather than built in AI. Make a procedure within the entity to set the entity attack target to attacker.

There is an block in the ai and goals, called fight back attackers, just check that, and make sure they are set a a mob
