If you have watched naruto you would know that intense emotions evolve one's sharingan, but that's a uh very hard to do in Minecraft so what milestones should evolve the Sharingan from 1 tomoe to 2 to 3 to mangekyo. Any ideas are welcome and if you wish if your idea gets added you can have a unique contributor item or eyeball technique, though this is fully optional. Huge thanks to anyone who can give ideas for this. (IMPORTANT: this is closed now no one replied and I came up with ideas.)

you can do it by just evolving it, just like a normal ability, the more you use, the more it will be powerful, you can make like a "Sharingan XP", and everytime it is active, the XP grows
and when it comes to like 100 or something, it evolves to the second phase.
