For some reason when I mine a custom block it will not get the block drop, can anyone tell me how? Will not drop by it self button will not work either.

For some reason when I mine a custom block it will not get the block drop, can anyone tell me how? Will not drop by it self button will not work either.
You need to mine it in survival with the right tool
If the harvest level is 4, you can't mine it without a custom tool because the maximum vanilla harvest level is 3 (diamond)
