I have ideas for new totems. May I tell them?

What are these new items used for and how do they get?

For now is a demonstration, so there are more totems and more functions!

What do all of them do?

The ones from:
Invisibility, fire and iron make:
When they are in the inventory give the respective effects! (Which are in the description of each one!)
And the others:
When right clicked they give their respective items! (Which are also in the description of each!)
A brief update will come!
