Any way to copy a mob's AI to edit this copy and then use it for a modded mob ?

Any way to copy a mob's AI to edit this copy and then use it for a modded mob ?
There was a related topic opened a week or two ago. We plan to add AI templates and copy option, but there is no way to simply copy the whole AI of the mob as many properties are more than just AI tasks but procedures and events and other code/properties too.
