Need mobs texture

I’m not certain on how to define where the mob model gets the specific textures for faces of an entity, but I’m pretty sure if you use a 3D modeling software like the ones provided under the tools tab they would show you. Alternatively you can use a default Minecraft model and base your textures off the default textures that utilize said model.
