You can already achieve this on many places using color codes, but we do plan to add color editor in MCreator in the future too.

What color codes? i already tried to make red Item Description in red with &4Message

but it didn't work, How to do please?

&4 is not the right color code if I recall. I think there are a few topics on this. In procedures, color codes are not working but they will from 1.9.0 on.

Ok but i know on PC on some servers, color codes uses & and on mcpe, it uses another character

I don't know as each keyboard layout is different. You can copy it if you can't type it.
