I'm pretty sure you use procedures in the mob creator, but i'm not entirely sure

in the AI buidler add fireballs to it's "Arms"
I don't think you can make it shoot fireballs for 3 seconds at time (until they improve the shoot projectile procedure block). For now, you can just make it shoot a single fireball at time, using the "check to make mob do ranged attacks" option.
However, when they do improve the shoot projectile procedure block, you can do this. You'll just have to wait until then.
