Cant setup workspace gradle error

-- i have checked EVERY post and info in the knowledge base - deleting cache- turning off antivirus - i have a fast and stable internet connection- nothing- so DONT tell me to go to the knowledge base

Hello i am trying to make a mod but on the "setting up workspace" specifically setting up gradle i get a mix of errors, i have also tried to manually download the gradle 8.1.1-bin as a zip and extracting it but it does not work.
