Ravager block breaking procedure

Does anyone know how to mimic the Ravager's ability to destroy blocks it comes into contact with? (For example leaves, and grass). I am attempting to make a creature that can destroy blocks it runs into. 

Any help on this subject would be amazing! Thank you!
