How to make show hands, when item in the main hand

I make mod for 3d gun's. I'm need to show hands for animation reload, shoot and etc. How to make? I see the option for Mcreator MCreator 1.6.8 [1.9] Animated hands for gun shooting optionAnimated hands for gun shooting option, what it?
