I wanna make it do damage and ive been trying at this for a bit and i want it to deal damage to you while its in your inventory unless you have a curio bauble that prevents it from hurting you?
This should help
(The 60 is the time between damage in ticks. 60 ticks is 3 seconds, so increase/decrease that to speed up/down the damage)
Put this procedure in the "When item in inventory tick"
