I saw many requests to add 1.16.5 support to Nerdy Geckolib Plugin but Nerdy always denied support, so I added 1.16.5 support to the standard plugin (version: 5.8.5), at the moment only animated entities are supported since they are the most used ones

Not a bad job! I also wrote to Nerdy on github about supporting older versions like 1.16.5, but he replied that he needed to rewrite all the code, he said something like that. But anyway, you're doing pretty well, keep up the good work!
Also, this works with 2024.1 version? It will be great!

I know it works I've tested it and there should be a lot less bugs than the original geckolib 1.16.5 code
