How to make a block constantly change under a block in a 6x6x6 radius?

(Solved) I have been making a SCP mod and im stumped on what to do now, heres the code. what im trying to do is constantly if this block is placed it keeps checking for grass,logs etc, but right now it makes a diagonal line.
