Making something that lets the player ascent and descent when on certain Blocks

Im trying to make Grindrails for the Player to move on and trying to find a good way to ascent the player one block when the next Rail is one Block higher and the same for the Lower. I already tried Slabs and Stairs, but they dont work well. Especially since the rails are using the glasspane Model. Any help is very appreciated. :)

( Using Mcreator 2024.2 and for Forge 1.19.2)
