My list of highly intelectual suggestions for MCreator

Just because im super bad at introductions, im just going to get right into my Ideas for mcreator.

NEW TABS

First of, you should add a mod creating thing for enchantments. and for the enchantments, you could add those event options for when a player hits with the enchanted item, jumps, etc. Its pretty self explanitory.

Also, you should add in another for potion effects. you should add an option to enable/disable them to be removed by drinking milk, an event tab for its tick rate, etc.

Possibly, you could add a projectiles tab. basically so you could add throwable items like snowballs and eggs.

THE GUNS TAB

there should be an option to add a "bow styled" option to your gun, so you know, it fires like a bow, instead of a constant right click gun

along with this, there should be a "no ammo" option

now this should be in all tabs, but because the guns tab if the first actual tab, im just puting it here. this has been bugging me for a while, make there an option for the crafting recipe that you can add at the end of when you make your mod to be SHAPELESS.

THE DIMENSIONS TAB

for the igniters, you should make it so you could use an existing item, instead of having to make an all new one

on top of that, for the custom ones, you should add a custom durability amount.

THE TOOLS TAB (my only suggestions have to do with the swords)

I dont even know why this is in there, but when you add in your weapon's damage, it always adds 2 to the damage's total. for example, you select 4 damage for your sword, but it comes out with 6 damage. you NEED to remove this bug, if it is one

- THE MOBS TAB

You should add more models to the bases, like squid for example

this one is a biggy for me, and it has been REALLY bugging me; make mobs able to spawn in MULTIPLE biomes.

 

thats all for now, I guess. Im even worse at conclusions

May I add onto that list?

I think fluids should be totally redone so that it is created based on these parameters:

-choose whether the fluid is fast moving like water, or slow like lava

-import textures: one for still, one for flowing, one for filled bucket

-choose blocks to be created when fluid flows over water and lava

-choose blocks to be created when fluid collides with flowing water and lava

-option for whether you can drown in it or not

-events for mobs/players colliding with fluid and fluid touching/flowing over certain blocks

I have no idea if this is even possible, but if it is, I think it would be a very very great way of making fluids other than recolored water or lava.

also, I think there should be a sort of "graphic plot" that can be used for adding in acheivments. Currently, you have to put in a random value and hope it fits the diagram with the other acheivements. (ex. make a grid with x and y values that can be traced to find a good spot, using the inventory acheivement's position as the origin

Another good idea would be entering maximum and minimum y values for the generation of blocks in the worlds, and actual values for frequency and max vein size.The scroll bars are hard to perfect

Another suggestion would be an easier way to create dimensions with multiple biomes as part of the dimension creation option. (Like another page of options such as "add additional biome base" and then choose it from there)

And to add on to the portal ignitor suggestion, maybe make an option to change its durability (so that it can be used fewer or more times)

@#1 about the fluids, you should make that your own huge list, as I havent even done anything with those yet. Im going to add in the portal igniter stuff, you want credit?

For the guns TAB there should be an Option to select multiple ammos or that the "select ammo" check is removed and when you create a new mod element there should be a new element type "Ammo" it asks for texture,  3D-model?, Speed,  Damage, if it flies like a bow or straight and you must select for which gun you want it to be
