Commercial use...?

I've read that modder can use projects for commercial purposes under certain arrangements with the owners of the MCreator.
The program states that modder should contact the owners in this situation.
How can i contact them somehow?

I will write a few possible situations here, and I ask knowledgeable people to answer.

1st situation.
Mod for my own server... I won't give permissions for use that mod to anyone. Многие ублюдки игнорируют запреты(special in russian)
How can i prohibit use and distribution of my own mod?

If i create my mod as private, just for my server.

I know that many of users wouldn't violate rules about that, but it doesn't mean that all users wouldn't save that rules.

2nd situation.
My friend ask me to create mod for his server. He would buy that mod when i'll done.

I've tried to refuse from money, but he is persistent.
(stupid situation, really)
Can i take his money and sell rights of this mod?

Thus, did i violate the terms of use MCreator?

@#1

First Question: There will always be people out there that will try to steal your mod. the best ways to prevent this is to:

1. Never share the MCR File

2. Never share the zip directly with other users (only on this website is fine)

3. Make a mod that contains a "Help GUI" and make a section saying you are the owner (and MCreator) and anyone claiming to own this mod is lying, also state that redistribution is Illegal and the persons or Parties buying, or claiming to own it may be prosecuted as Pirates.

Last question: If you did not contact the Admin and discuss this and both parties (you and Admin) came to a resolution, then Yes, you are breaking the Terms of service. AS stated in terms of use Mods made with MCreator can not be sold or used commercially without prior agreements.

@#1.1 Thank you.

1. I won't share MCR file 'cause i've just save mod in .jar when work is done.

2. Never share any files. WIP mod as example. But after, may be i'll share .jar files

3.Add element=>GUI=> Create a GUI with info about mod owners?

4.Aight, if i need it later, i'll necessarily contact with Admin.

Thank again, xXMCXx.

Yes, "Create a Mod Element" choose "GUI" add the text info of your name (mod name) a link to mcreators website and pylo, a link to your profile page if you want. After your done make a new mod element and make a "Item" with whatever texture and when you get to events oage choose "when right clicked in air" and find "open GUi and choose that gui you just made" or do a hotkey.
