My answer: Yes, and I am currently working on it.
The resource pack will be made for year recaps, mod showcases, modpacks and other stuff, since people may not like how it looks like in default, since people may like how it looks if the textures had a good art style. (no offense)

This is a good idea... Having a community resource pack for multiple mods.
The only problem is that it will be very time consuming. The most effective and efficent way for this to work is to get a group of mod developers to make custom textures for their mods.
will my mods be included such as CryptoCraft and Shi Gojira mod?
u know, custom models (both of them) and hitboxes (only in CryptoCraft)

That's a nice idea... It will require lots of work and... If you open the mod file of RaolCraft, you see lots of unused textures... Lol I have a collection of unused textures XD there are lots of vanilla textures and lots of old, future or scrapped textures... There are also all the mcreator dev mod textures because when I imported it all the textures fused in the textures folder... You need to delete something XD
This a great idea but wow thats gonna take alot of work. However good luck on it and im excited to see what it'l look like.
I think that this forum will become like the modpack forum XD
In the next update I will also change some textures, like the mud block, that is something really bad, and others.
PS: I think that you need to play RaolCraft while editing the textures because only for the lavic ingot there are lots of them (magma ingot, lavicingot, lavic ingot, lavaingot, lavicingotx lavicingot2, lavicingoty...), lots of textures are from old planning, lots of textures are in Italian, some textures are from the unreleased RaolCrafts for Minecraft 1.6.4 made before RaolCraft 1 (megadiamonds were made in these beta RaolCraft), some textures are a base for other textures, some textures are scrapped... It's a bit confusing opening that folder XD
Note: I just cancelled and replaced the project with LuisBarretoHD's Mod Edits resource pack which is the same as the old project but without changing vanilla blocks. This will also have edits for other resource packs and OptiFine/MC Patcher such as CTM, Soartex Fanver, Faithful and more.
When will this be released?
I don't know.
This would be terrific for Unlimited Awesome.
