GUI shrinking images

Title says it all, when I upload an image and place it into my GUI it shrinks the image no matter what size it is.

Not sure why this is happening, but it started when I updated to Mcreator v.1.9.1.

It also happened in 1.9.0. Overlay images simply scale down by size/2.

If you have an image of 16 by 16, make it 32 by 32 and set interpolation options to NONE/Closest to avoid blur.

When making a 16 by 16 image into a 32 by 32 image, make sure to not add any extra detail to the image. Every pixel should be 4 pixels of the same colour.
