How to make a Menu with buttons and a scroll (Like a interactive Tech Tree)

I newer to this program but not new to block coding, Ive looked around most of the stuff for gui and its not clear if what i want from it is possable where theres a bigger menu then what apears that you have to scroll through it like the achivements minecraft menu that you can replace the achivements for buttons
