Help me in the direction of the block

I am creating a mod about a screen block for minecraft 1.12.2. And I light this block by creating two blocks, one with light and one not. I use status as remove and place block by right clicking. But the problem is when in minecraft, and I right click and it actually works. But the block of light points north. How can you change the direction of the block placement with commands like / setblock or / fill to the direction of the old block. Sorry for my bad English, but I think you'll understand
