Slow down a bow for a mod.

Hello everyone, I'm new to mods and I don't understand much. I would like to implement a mod with some new bow types but they are too fast compared to normal minecraft, I hope your help and thanks in advance.
I am Argentine and I don't know English so I use the translator, sorry for the spelling mistakes that this text must have.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
