Thr only thing you can do is try to recover it. There is a youtube video on how to recover it here https://youtu.be/RP0D9Ey37_U .

happened to me as well. upgrading from 1.9.1 to 2020.2 removed the source code of all my locked mod elements.
i used jd-gui http://java-decompiler.github.io/ to decompile my most recent built mod package.
