How to decompile mcreator mod

I created a mod.Upload my mod to the curseforge.I'm doing an update now.Mcreator deleted my workspace(wtf?),How to decompile mod to mcreator

happened to me as well. upgrading from 1.9.1 to 2020.2 removed the source code of all my locked mod elements.

i used jd-gui http://java-decompiler.github.io/ to decompile my most recent built mod package.
