How can I make a Cave Only Dimension?

How can I make a Cave Only Dimension?... Is it possible in MCreator to make a cave only dimension like the mods: Erebus, Cavern 2, Cavern and Etc.

Select Nether in the generation type of the dimension in order to make it cavernous like the nether.
