Get a certain block's location

Hi! I am making a mod that add more particles to the game. For example a torch will have sparks.
But i can't figure out how to get all the torch's location in render distance.

I already made a particle for torches.

Is there anyone that can help me? Is this the right choise to add particles at all the torches? If it doesn't work, how do i then add particles to all the torches?
