Recently, I created a custom dimension on MCreator version 2022.1, in Java 1.18.2. I added two custom biomes to generate in the dimension, loaded up a world to test, and discovered that the biomes listed first in the workspace was the only biome that generated sucsessfully. Both biomes are different and generate correctly. However, they do not generate in the same dimension. This mod is very important to me, and I would hate for a single bug to ruin the entire project.
Sorry if this is a duplicate.
In each of your biomes the settings on the "Biome Generation" page need to be very unique so just make all of the values random things with negatives, decimals and such.
Here is the Mcreator wiki article that explains it better, and I suggest you read it: https://mcreator.net/wiki/how-make-biome#toc-index-14
