how to change the shape of a block

Hi ! i don't now how to "change the shape" of my block.

How can i change that ?

easy!, you need to download blockbench on the official site:https://www.blockbench.net/

on blockbench you can make 3d models and texturing it to make blocks an items and can export on json archive
