Lowering Fall Damage for Selected Blocks

So I attempted to create a way for players or entities to have less fall damage on leaf blocks, kinda like breaking your fall

I wasn't sure if I did this wrong or I used a wrong global trigger although it still damages the player the same amount of health as falling on solid blocks.
