Easier Wither Skull Grind

Do you want to fight with Wither, but tired of skull grinding? Craft this wonderful sword and go to kill wither skeletons, cause with it your chances to get wither skeleton skull are increased (8% instead of 5.5% with Looting III)!

Also you will get Fire Aspect enchantment when sword will be crafted.

I tried to make this sword pretty balanced, I hope you won't count this mod as cheat :D
