Borealis ore mod!

A small ore mod adding an ore based off of the aurora borealis, very powerful and useful in end game. This mod is in its first release and the textures evidently need a better design; this is a solo work, so I am just in the testing of it to make sure the ore functions work and whatnot. I have published this to see how it goes and how I can better it or redo it. I also added a secret part of the mod but you'll have to find that :).
