Added tag, non-trackable: any player that has this tag won't be tracked.
Added commands, vanish and appear: vanish(WIP) makes you vanish and appear makes the person appear!
Added command, showvanishedplayers: any players who are vanished appear.
Added GUI, TrackConfig: where you can vanish, appear and show vanished players!
Added procedure, GetUUID: just gets the player's UUID and stores it in a global variable for mod usage.
