Bone Meal Small Flowers

This is a simple mod. With it, you can use Bone Meal on small flowers to duplicate them as you would with tall flowers. This should work with any mods that adds small flowers and adds them to the small_flowers tag. Tested with Oh The Biomes We've Gone and it works, as they have added their flowers to this tag.

This mod probably won't get updates, aside from Minecraft Version updates, as it's whole purpose(as the name indicates) is to be able to duplicate small flowers with Bone Meal.
