Based on The Wheels from the Ezekiel. basically they are depictions on what angels look like.
Mobs: The Wheel, The Big Wheel
Mob Info: The Wheel has 400hp deal a lot of damage in a close distance, The Big Wheel has 800hp and can attack from a range(does not shot projectiles).

The Reason on why this mod took so short and is on 1.12.2 was because both the model and texture was originally made for 1.12.2. expect bugs :(
