They will follow you around if you have either a Poppy or Dandelion in your hand and attack nearby monsters. (Note that they only attack Vanilla overworld monsters.)

In Survival Mode, you can spawn them with Chemical X which is crafted with, a Golden Apple, 2x TNT, 2x Cakes, 2x Books and 2x Diamonds.

The PowerPuff Girls are insanely strong and are great for defending Villages and bases, or even just bringing them along on your travels for added protection. However, they will only really follow you if you have a Poppy or Dandelion in your hand so they may wander off! You can also keep them on leashes too for travelling long distances with them.
