Coloured Lights adds Redstone colourable Lights based on Redstone Signal Strength.

The Colour can be changed with Redstone Signal Strength.
Zero - Black,
One - Red,
Two - Yellow,
Three - Green
Four - Cyan
Five - Blue
Six - Magenta
Seven or More - White 

Supports Eight Colours, Digital RGB

Light Emission is based on colour,

Black - 0.

Red/Green/Blue - 5.

Magenta/Cyan/Yellow - 10.

White - 15.
